Recalls are a well-established global practice; from time to time they are announced by almost all manufacturers of not only cars, but also any other industrial products. But since a car is considered a source of increased danger, it is recalls in the automotive industry that attract the most attention and cause the greatest resonance. Check if your car is covered by a recall campaign. Sometimes manufacturers will recall their cars because of substandard parts or workmanship and repair them for free, regardless of the warranty. This is called a recall campaign. More information on 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE-CLASS recalls can be found in this database. It may be useful to use online problems resource that shows automotive defect patterns, based on complaint data submitted by vehicle owners. The problems are organized into groups with data published by vehicle, component, and specific issue. See also an updated list of 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE-CLASS problems before buying a used car. In most cases, the recall is initiated by the manufacturer. But it also happens that it is forced to do so. The largest and most scandalous recall campaigns were those that were initiated by complaints and lawsuits from consumers through controlling state structures.

Full Description: Purposeful elegance has defined the GLE since it first pioneered its market segment as the M-Class. For 2020, an entirely new design extends this tradition with innovative technologies and class-leading aerodynamics. From its bolder grille and all-LED lighting to its standard 19-inch wheels and integrated rear spoiler, the new GLE SUV's sporty style reflects its agile moves. Silver chrome bumper inserts and bright side window trim further accentuate its form and function. A dramatic new cabin concept pairs fresh technology with fine craftsmanship. The front seats flank a console anchored by two prominent grab handles, and face a floating, all-digital dash. A wide swath of trim in any of six finishes sweeps from door to door and features four large center vents. New options include 64-color ambient lighting, a 50% larger Panorama roof, power-adjustable 2nd-row seats, and new 3rd-row seating.A new 255-hp 2.0L inline-4 turbo engine combines numerous advances to deliver more power from less fuel. Its rapid-multispark ignition and high-pressure Direct Injection can fine-tune themselves every few milliseconds to optimize performance, efficiency and emissions. An intercooled twin-scroll turbocharger and CAMTRONIC variable valve lift help deliver all of the engine's 273 lb-ft of torque from just 1,800 rpm, for vigorous response when taking off, merging or passing. An ECO Start/Stop system automatically shuts off the engine at stoplights and other idle situations, to save fuel and reduce emissions. As soon as the driver lifts off the brake, the engine instantly restarts, for quick acceleration response. The ECO Start/Stop system can also be shut off by the driver at any time. With a greater range of ratios and shorter steps between gears, the 9-speed automatic changes gears more quickly yet more smoothly. Along with a more seamless delivery of power, the lighter, more versatile transmission enhances quiet riding comfort and fuel-efficiency. The electronic selector and shift paddles let you control all gear changes with your hands on the steering wheel. And drivers can vary the shift modes via the innovative DYNAMIC SELECT system. A multimode drive program selector on the console lets you dial in the vehicle's performance character to suit your needs or your mood. DYNAMIC SELECT offers three preset modes: ECO, Comfort and Sport, plus an Individual mode you can configure a la carte. Each mode adapts the throttle response, shift programming, ESP and more. Models with AIRMATIC(R) suspension also adapt the damping rate in the various modes.Power front seats feature intuitive, seat-shaped controls on the door, plus a 4-way power lumbar support for the driver. To set and save your ideal driving position, a memory system for the driver seat recalls three stored positions for the seat, plus the positions of the 4-way power steering column and side mirrors. Electrically heated front seats quickly take the chill out of even the coldest day. Three levels of warming automatically step down after several minutes to the lowest setting.Radar-based technology can alert you if you're approaching a vehicle ahead, or even some stationary objects, at a speed and distance that suggest a collision is likely. As soon as you start to brake, it can automatically provide an appropriate level of braking to help prevent a collision or reduce its severity. If you fail to respond, it can also initiate braking automatically at a range of driving speeds. The system can also detect and react to crossing pedestrians at typical city speeds. The first system of its kind, ATTENTION ASSIST(R) continuously monitors up to 70 parameters of driving behavior, and can automatically alert the driver with both visual and audible warnings if it detects signs of drowsiness on long trips. With enhanced sensitivity, the system can also help detect drivers who begin their trip drowsy, and offer more useful information to drivers along their journey via a new dashboard display.Allow us to demonstrate all of the wonderful features of the New 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 today at Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside located at 3213 Adams St. Riverside, CA 92504.CRYSTAL GREY HEADLINER,Turbocharged,Rear Wheel Drive,Power Steering,ABS,4-Wheel Disc Brakes,Brake Assist,Aluminum Wheels,Tires - Front Performance,Tires - Rear Performance,Temporary Spare Tire,Sun/Moonroof,Generic Sun/Moonroof,Heated Mirrors,Power Mirror(s),Integrated Turn Signal Mirrors,Power Folding Mirrors,Rear Defrost,Privacy Glass,Intermittent Wipers,Variable Speed Intermittent Wipers,Rain Sensing Wipers,Rear Spoiler,Remote Trunk Release,Power Liftgate,Power Door Locks,Daytime Running Lights,Automatic Headlights,AM/FM Stereo,Navigation System,MP3 Player,Steering Wheel Audio Controls,Telematics,HD Radio,WiFi Hotspot,Smart Device Integration,Requires Subscription,MP3 Player,Auxiliary Audio Input,HD Radio,Bluetooth Connection,Power Driver Seat,Power Passenger Seat,Bucket Seats,Heated Front Seat(s),Driver Adjustable Lumbar,Passenger Adjustable Lumbar,Seat Memory,Pass-Through Rear Seat,Rear Bench Seat,Adjustable Steering Wheel,Trip Computer,Power Windows,Leather Steering Wheel,Keyless Entry,Power Door Locks,Keyless Start,Keyless Entry,Power Door Locks,Hands-Free Liftgate,Universal Garage Door Opener,Cruise Control,Climate Control,Multi-Zone A/C,A/C,Premium Synthetic Seats,Auto-Dimming Rearview Mirror,Driver Vanity Mirror,Passenger Vanity Mirror,Driver Illuminated Vanity Mirror,Passenger Illuminated Visor Mirror,Floor Mats,Cargo Shade,Mirror Memory,Remote Engine Start,Keyless Start,Navigation System,Smart Device Integration,Smart Device Integration,Smart Device Integration,Telematics,Requires Subscription,Navigation System,Power Windows,Power Door Locks,Trip Computer,Bucket Seats,Heated Front Seat(s),Driver Adjustable Lumbar,Passenger Adjustable Lumbar,Security System,Engine Immobilizer,Traction Control,Stability Control,Traction Control,Front Side Air Bag,Automatic Parking,Blind Spot Monitor,Tire Pressure Monitor,Driver Air Bag,Passenger Air Bag,Front Head Air Bag,Rear Head Air Bag,Passenger Air Bag Sensor,Knee Air Bag,Child Safety Locks,Back-Up Camera
