Recalls are a well-established global practice; from time to time they are announced by almost all manufacturers of not only cars, but also any other industrial products. But since a car is considered a source of increased danger, it is recalls in the automotive industry that attract the most attention and cause the greatest resonance. Check if your car is covered by a recall campaign. Sometimes manufacturers will recall their cars because of substandard parts or workmanship and repair them for free, regardless of the warranty. This is called a recall campaign. More information on 1976 Triumph TR6 recalls can be found in this database. Full Description: The 1976 Triumph TR6 Roadster featured here is finished in the stunning color combination of Delft Blue over a black and beige interior with an original black folding convertible top. According to the accompanying British Motor Industry Heritage Trust Certificate this particular example was completed in January 1976 and was subsequently sold new by Roberts Imports Inc. in Grand Rapids, Michigan. After nearly a decade of meticulous care from the original owner, the Triumph was relocated to California and has been lovingly maintained ever since. Today the Triumph presents wonderfully with the numbers matching 2.5 litre inline-6 cylinder engine still in place, while a mere 72,541 miles are present on the odometer. An incredible amount of service records, dating as far back as 1977, document the mileage while the original purchase form and original window sticker still accompany the Triumph today. We are proud to offer this superbly documented, low mileage Triumph TR6 Roadster, from the final year of production, to the most astute collector, investor or enthusiast who appreciates the performance of these proper British sports cars. Options Include: Wood rimmed steering wheel, Talbot style mirrors, Luggage rack, Front air spoiler, AM/FM Cassette stereo, and 15 wheels with trim rings.
