Recalls are a well-established global practice; from time to time they are announced by almost all manufacturers of not only cars, but also any other industrial products. But since a car is considered a source of increased danger, it is recalls in the automotive industry that attract the most attention and cause the greatest resonance. Check if your car is covered by a recall campaign. Sometimes manufacturers will recall their cars because of substandard parts or workmanship and repair them for free, regardless of the warranty. This is called a recall campaign. More information on 1956 Ford F-100 recalls can be found in this database. Full Description: It's not just that this 1956 Ford F-100 is a sleek build that's custom over every inch. What makes this one truly irresistible is that you get the award-worthy package that also has a performance-built big block, A/C interior, and cool extras like remote door poppers. There's only about 5,500 miles on the build, and this was the ideal place to start for a custom sport truck. The cab's aggressive forward-leaning stance is enhanced on this one with a cool lowered suspension and the Billet Specialties alloys staggered 15/18 inches front/rear. The rest of the curvy bodywork has a classic old pickup look that also manages to be sporty at the same time. It also helps that you see it so well because they expertly deleted the bumpers, trim, and door handles for an extra smooth look. And just to make sure the full package appears extra-sleek they finished off the body with a professional application of graphite gray metallic. It looks so smooth and seamless, you'll almost swear they just dipped this in a hot silver bath. And as people get closer to this full custom build, they'll start to pick up on terrific details, like the Mercury Lead Sled taillights, wider fender flares, and real wood in the truck bed. And the blue and white pinstriping is the final artist's touch to this automotive work of art. It's always a cool look when you can pop the doors via a remote, and there are even more custom details awaiting you inside. The sea of gray continues. It includes a well-coordinated two-tone package intertwined on the doors, dash, and custom panels. You really can tell someone thought about the color layout. The exterior pinstriping even returns on the dash! They also took the time to make it quite accommodating, too. You have plush dual bucket seats with a cup holder center console in-between. There are more great features like cold-blowing air conditioning, power windows, and an AM/FM/CD stereo with aux input to plug in your iPod. There's a custom three-spoke steering wheel on tilt steering column, and beyond it is a new instrument panel full of crisp gauges. Tilt the hood forward so that everyone get a good look at this awesome motor. They took serious time here to keep everything extra tidy. And there's a terrific shine on polished pieces, like the air grabber, intake, steel braided lines, and Ford Motorsport valve covers. They didn't even need to put a mirror on the firewall, because the paint is so shiny and smooth. But beyond its style is some serious substance. This is a 460 cubic-inch V8 upgraded with a Demon four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock hi-rise intake, and jet coated exhaust manifolds. It's a big power package that loves to announce its muscle through the side exit exhaust. The mighty V8 is mated to a stout C6 three-speed automatic with shift kit. This feeds a limited-slip Ford 9-inch rear with 3.00 gears. The full build has an upgraded independent front end, upgraded shocks, power steering, power brakes w/discs up front, and the grip of modern performance tires. This build perfectly combines classic looks, custom flair, modern conveniences, and big horsepower. This fine Ford is turn-key ready to turn heads. Don't wait...call today!!!
