Recalls are a well-established global practice; from time to time they are announced by almost all manufacturers of not only cars, but also any other industrial products. But since a car is considered a source of increased danger, it is recalls in the automotive industry that attract the most attention and cause the greatest resonance. Check if your car is covered by a recall campaign. Sometimes manufacturers will recall their cars because of substandard parts or workmanship and repair them for free, regardless of the warranty. This is called a recall campaign. More information on 1991 Porsche 911 recalls can be found in this database. This low mileage 911 Carrera 2 Targa just underwent a complete service within the last 20 miles which included a tune-up, oil and fluids, brand new tires and more. The air cooled 6 cylinder engine is strong and powerful and the 5-speed manual transmission shifts properly through all of the gears. The steering is tight and precise and the brakes feel just great. All of the electronics work properly as does the air conditioning. This really is a fantastic 911 Targa to drive. The interior is stunning. The Black leather seats are in remarkable condition (see pictures) showing virtually no wear at all to any of the seats. The dashboard is like new and even the carpets don't look or feel like they have been stepped on thanks to the Porsche floor mats that have been protecting them.
